Day 6 with you…I came here a few nights ago n there were no lights I was so sad and ranted for an hour how it should be on! the next night they lit it up Purple and Gold so I had to rush over to see it once I heard….in 1998 you played in THE Forum in Inglewood against Michael Jordan’s Bulls, his last wearing a Bulls uniform…today marks 22 years!!! It was on this day that I realized, Young Kobe is the True heir to the Throne! . . . . .

The Los Angeles Lakers will always hold a special place in my sports heart! They introduced me to the world of sports, as a baby Amir I remember us gathering around at family nights with my uncles and cousins to root them on! My favorite player back in the day was Nick Van Exel, I remember I wanted to be left handed cuz of him ! I went to a basketball camp because he was goin to show up! He got traded that day but still showed up and signed my basketball! A day I’ll never forget! Many years later the love continues and grows more everyday! I love you , even when you sucked I had faith Thank you for turning it around ! . . . . .
